Please know that at Gifttify, we are taking all the CDC-recommended steps in our corporate office and manufacturing facilities. These include the option for many of our employees to work from home and continue to practice social distancing, and other best practices to help protect and support our production teams and you, our valued customers. In recent times, you may experience delays due to the number of orders being processed and extended lead times for shipping so please allow up to twelve weeks for orders to be shipped during this extraordinary time. Our teams are working overtime to produce and ship the top-quality Gifttify line of products to you, our customers around the world, as quickly as possible, and we will do our best to provide order confirmation emails and status updates so our customers can track their orders. HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping destination and the number of items that you purchase. You can get a calculation of your exact shipping charges by adding items to your cart, proceeding to checkout, and entering your mailing address. The shipping cost will automatically update and display in your total costs.
Shipping fees are based also on the size, weight, and number of the packages in an order. Larger products and additional items will incur slight shipping surcharges. Total shipping charges are shown on the checkout page.
All order has $5.95 for shipping in United State and $6.95 including Sterilization. And we offers free shipping for orders over $99 in total.

If for whatever reason your goods don't arrive within 60 days, you will be refunded in FULL for that item. This is our promise to you!
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:
We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees charged by your government. Please contact your country's customs office for respective charges and rates on package coming outside of your country.
NOTE: On very rare occasions international shipping to some countries can take 4-6 weeks, or possibly longer for the slow-to-ship countries listed below. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination country's customs clearance processes. Shipping to certain countries may require additional shipping fees due to the geographical location.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the address correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping schedule. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.
If your order is already processing or has already shipped, we cannot change the address and the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. In that case, we will be able to provide you with an exchange or refund.
SHIPPING POLICY:
Gifttify is not responsible for destination country tax and/or any duty charge that may incur. Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country.
Gifttify will not be responsible for any Duties, Taxes, or Customs fees under any circumstances.
If the order arrives at your country and...
The customer refuses to accept the package
Number of attempts is made in the country of destination to deliver the package.
Gifttify reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund.
